Panel Saw

A Panel Saw is any type of sawing machine with a sliding table that cuts sheets into sized parts.A sliding panel saw was invented by Wilhelm Altendorf in 1906 in Germany. Its invention set a new standard in woodworking, with dramatic differences from traditional machines. Up to that time, a conventional table saw had no mechanism for edging.

Meaning that for the first and second longitudinal cut on untreated massive wood, the lumber always had to be fed manually through the saw blade. The new system accomplished the task more elegantly by allowing the work piece to be fed through the saw blade while lying on a sliding table. Thus cutting becomes faster, accurate and effortless.

Panel saws are used by cabinet shops to easily cut panels, profiles, solid-wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, plastic sheets and melamine sheets into sizes or cabinet components. They are also used by sign shops to cut sheets of aluminum, plastic and wood for their sign blanks. Some higher end panel saws feature computer controls that move the blade and fence systems to preset values.

Other lower end machines offer simplicity and ease of use, including full scale hobbyist level panel saws at a mere fraction of the cost. While the entry level machines are designed for light duty usage, they offer home DIYers a cheap alternative for infrequent cutting when accuracy and clean cuts are not required.

Panel saws can have one main saw blade, or a scoring along with a main saw blade.Scoring is used to create a groove, especially in double side laminate before the main saw rips the piece apart, to avoid chipping. The scoring saw rotates in an opposite direction, as the main saw to avoid chipping.

Edge Banding

Edge Banding, or edgebanding, is the name of both a process and an associated narrow strip of material used to create durable and aesthetically pleasing trim edges during finish carpentry. Edge banding is used to cover the exposed sides of materials such as plywood, particle board or MDF, increasing durability and giving the appearance of a solid or more valuable material. Common substitutes for edgebanding include face frames or molding. Edge banding can be made of different materials including PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, wood or wood veneer.

Traditional edge banding was a manual process requiring ordinary carpentry tools and materials. In modern applications, particularly for high-volume, repetitive manufacturing steps such as cabinet doors, edge banding is applied to the substrate by an automated process using a hot-melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesives can be water or solvent based and may consist of various raw materials including EVA, PUR, PA, APOA, and PO.

Hot Press

Hot Press is used to press and paste the laminate to the ply board. In this machine the lamiante and the ply board are bonded together with the help of adhesive and heat of electrical heaters.

The adhesive is applied on the board the laminate and are placed in the machine. The heaters at the set temperature are heated and maintain that temperature automatically and the bottom plates of the press with the help of a switch start moving toward the upward direction. At the set pressure the plate will stop and start moving downward at the interval set by the user. Remove the board, lamiante is pasted on the board is ready for use.

Membrane Press

Oil + Membrane

Membrane forming press equipped by a revolutionary working process PATENTED) for shaped panels covering with both PVC film and natural wood veneer.Very low energy consumption, self-levelling of the liquid in the tank, depending on the size of the panels, absolute safety against the heating liquid leakage, simultaneous and automatic loading and unloading, high specific pressure (20 Kg / cm ²), ease of use, make this machine unique.

Air without Membrane

This press is suitable for shaped panel covering with PVC film and transfer material. The principle of operation doesn’t require the use of the membrane, this also allows the coating of particularly hard shapes, and also eliminates the costs related to the replacement of the membrane The possibility to reach very high temperatures (up to 170 ° C), allows the use of this machine also for the coating with plastic materials that require high temperatures for their moulding, (i.e. ABS) A same side loading / unloading system, by means of two trays, allows the "dead time" elimination and the management of the entire system by even a single operator. The entire plant is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which allows the setting from the control panel all the work functions such as:

  • Press pre-heating
  • Working temperature
  • Pre-heating time
  • Pressing time
  • Min. pressure during the pre-heating
  • Max working pressure
  • Loading group speed
Air + Membrane

This press is suitable for shaped panel covering with PVC film and natural wood veneer.Membrane use is needed only for natural wood veneer gluing. The machine is equipped with a membrane fasten/unfasten quick system that allows to shift from one working system to the other in few minutes. Even this plant, as the previous one is controlled by a programmable logic controller, which allows the setting of the variables listed above directly from the control panel. The entire range of membrane presses has immediately achieved considerable success, affirming itself on the market, both for its own peculiarities: lower operating costs, increased productivity, safety, and because, despite offering much more than traditional membrane presses, it is very competitive in terms of price.

Multi Boring

A machine for making vertically and horizontally holes. Drilling machines are used for drilling, boring & countersinking.A Drill machine is a fixed style of drill that may be mounted on a stand or bolted to the workbench. This Machine has three drill heads (one horizontal and two-vertical) to 21 in each spindle with axial distance of 32 mm. This model has three drill heads (one horizontal and two-vertical) to 21 in each spindle with axial distance of 32 mm.

Rotary vertical drilling heads allow locking in the 0 °, 45 ° and 90 °. Positioning of the workpiece is made with aluminum line length 2200 mm, with the help of 4 (two left and two right) sliding stops. User friendly control panel with adjustable feed speed, on-off sequence of each drill head.
